Our guest speaker for March was MG Geoff Miller, ADCSPER at the Dept of the Army. LTG (Ret) David Ohle, former DCSPER hosted the luncheon and both Geoff and Dave participated in a briefing and discussion on the status of Officer Attrition from the Army focusing on West Point graduates. Geoff provided an update on the latest DA initiatives to retain and develop officers. This was an extremely important topic for all of us interested in the well being of our Army. Geoff was available to discuss any personal questions attendees had.
